Terms & Conditions for nettoto Malaysian Players

Introduction and acceptance

These Terms & Conditions regulate the relationship between nettoto and users of its website, account services, sports markets, live casino categories and related features. References to additional rules include any promotion conditions, game instructions, payment requirements and policies displayed through nettoto.

Continued use after an updated version becomes effective constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. nettoto may amend these conditions to reflect operational, technical, security, legal or regulatory developments. Sports betting and casino rules

Before confirming a wager, the user must review the selection, stake, odds, event, market and possible return. A bet becomes valid only when nettoto records its acceptance. A displayed selection that has not been accepted does not create a binding wager.

Sports odds may change before acceptance, including for EPL, Liga Super Malaysia, UFC and live football markets. Settlement is based on the applicable market rules and recognised event information used by nettoto. Postponed, abandoned, interrupted or incorrectly listed events may be voided or settled under the relevant sport-specific rule.

Casino and live dealer outcomes are determined according to the rules of the selected game. Users should review stake limits, pay tables and RTP information where available. Temporary animation or display delays do not override the verified game record. Where a visual result conflicts with the authoritative system record, nettoto may settle according to the verified record after review.

Gambling outcomes cannot be predicted with certainty. Previous results, recent wins and jackpot displays do not improve the probability of a future nettoto result. Users remain responsible for every valid wager placed through their secured account.
